Food Handler (PLUS)

Standard 3.2.2A of the Food Standards Code requires anyone involved in the handling of food for consumers to be trained in food safety.

The legal definition of a food handler includes anyone involved in the making, cooking, preparing, serving, packing, displaying, storing, or the delivery of food as well as the cleaning of equipment, utensils, preparation surfaces, or cutlery.

To meet this need, the Food Safety eLearning Academy developed Food Handler (PLUS) with 4 separate courses to choose from. Each one offers course material and content specific to a particular industry.
