Under Standard 3.2.2A of the Food Standards Code, anyone who handles food in a catering business must have successfully completed a food safety training course. This training must at the very least include – safe food handling, contamination, cleaning & sanitising as well as personal hygiene.
Our CATERING Food Handler (PLUS) provides this legal compliance, supports the development of a food safety business culture and includes measures that have proven to optimise knowledge retention.
