About Us

What would inspire someone with no knowledge or experience in food safety to build a platform to deliver food safety training and to so do when there were a host of companies already doing it?

Well for Graham Henrickson, it was learning there are 4 to 5 million cases of food poisoning in Australia each year.

A highly successful senior executive with over 30 years local and international business experience, Graham had left the corporate world to start his own management consulting firm. His Company was hired to work on a food safety project, and he was shocked by what he learned. This led him to review the standard of food safety training and education that was available, and he was deeply disappointed by what he found.

By combining his experience with competency-based eLearning platforms with the expert knowledge of leaders in their field he built the Food Safety eLearning Platform.

Why food handlers and not food safety supervisors as well? That’s because Graham understands that food handlers are the last line of defence. Of the many steps and responsibilities in the supply chain, food handlers are in the best position to prevent the spread of foodborne disease. So, the decision was made to develop the best possible training to support their success.

The Company began with a single food safety course for Queensland childcare providers in 2023 and now offers national food safety training solutions for food handlers in Childcare, Aged Care, Hospitality and Catering. Childcare infectious disease training as well as targeted training in time/temperature control and food safety programs are other additions to the portfolio.

Enrolments over the last 12 months have exceed 13,000 and affordability and quality remain the cornerstones of the Company with competitors charging 3 to 4 times more for inferior courses.
