We are leading experts in online training and provide specialised training solutions for food handlers in Childcare, Aged Care and Hospitality. In the past 12 months we've had over 4,000 registrations and over 12,000 enrolments. Our training portfolio is centred on the following products.
1. CHILDCARE/AGED CARE/HOSPITALITY Food Handler (PLUS)
While food safety science and regulations are universal, their application differs from one industry to the next. That's because each industry has its own unique set of circumstances. So, we took these differences into consideration and developed 3 separate Food Handler (PLUS) Courses - one for each industry. Each features particular content that is specific to that industry. I.e. baby bottle feeding for childcare, late onset allergies for aged care and home delivery for hospitality.
These were developed with help from leading experts in accordance with the Food Standards Code for compliance with Standard 3.2.2A.
As well as federal and state legislative compliance, the Childcare course is aligned with Quality Area 2 of the the ACECQA National Quality Framework, and the Aged Care course supports the new Aged Care Star Rating System.

2. Food Safety MANAGEMENT CONTROL
This unique course was designed and developed exclusively for childcare and aged care providers for compliance with Standard 3.2.1 (Food Safety Programs). It takes just over an hour to complete and saves valuable management time. It empowers staff with an understanding of HACCP and delivers the knowledge and skills they need to work successfully with an accredited Food Safety Program.

3. ADVANCED Food Temperature Control
Another short course, this was developed in response to an industry need for the remedial training of experienced food handlers across all industries. Food temperature control is the leading cause of food poisoning in Australia. It’s also the subject area of our online food safety knowledge test with the worst results.
This is most likely because food temperature control is an area of food safety that involves the most complex set of rules and just one small miscalculation can have deadly consequences. This Course provides valuable refresher training to support existing food handlers and allows a business to mitigate against a high level of risk.

4. CHILDCARE Infectious Diseases
This Course is an industry first and was developed in accordance with the latest NHMRC (National Health & Medical Research Council) Guidelines. Among other things, the NHMRC is Australia’s leading authority on the prevention and control of childhood illnesses and infectious diseases in childcare and children’s services.
In late 2024 a new set of guidelines was published by the NHMRC for the first time in 10 years. Our 2025 CHILDCARE Infectious Diseases Course is based on this and therefore offers a more comprehensive curriculum than before.
This Course is highly recommended for all childcare educators and those who work in children’s services and is the most highly rated of all our courses. This Course combines theory with practical advice and step-by-step guides. Among other things it provides students with the knowledge to identify, prevent and respond to 50 of the most common childhood illnesses and conditions as well a detailed instructions to prevent faecal contamination through to strategies for dealing with vaccine hesitancy.
